Why can Hashirama resist the jutsu now, but didn't do it when Orochimaru attack the Leaf Villiage, especially now that jutsu is more upgraded.

the jutsu is more upgraded by bringing him back near full power, which allows him to resist it xd...you kinda answered you're self

Both Tobirama and his brother were given a window of opening to remove themselves from the Jutsu, as Orochimaru hadn't immediately placed the talismans within the two Kages to gain full control. They were both able to fully recognize the Jutsu that was being used to resurrect them and partake in a small amount of banter with Hiruzen before Orochimaru established full control, ample time to possibly remove themselves from the Edo Tensei jutsu.

Hell, Tobirama was given another opprtunity in the latest chapter, as he was preparing to leave and head to the battlefield; It was then that Orochimaru established proper control over him.
