Shisui doesn't teleport. He uses the shunshin jutsu to move quickly. In all likelihood though, he probably was equal to Itachi, or Sasuke. Hebi Sasuke was said to have "god-like speed" in the databook, because of his Sharingan aiding his flicker jutsu. Itachi is even more developed. If Shisui is faster than either, it's not by much. And on that note, all three Uchiha likely have better flicker control than Minato because of the Sharingan, but that still loses out to Hiraishin.

Yes he doesn't teleport but are you seriously telling me that Sasuke or even Itachi was on par with him in speed with the body Flicker?? If it was like that then wouldn't a lot more people be called Master of Body Flicker?? He was known by everyone not just by having the eye with the most powerful Genjutsu but also for his speed using Body Flicker.

You are crazy dude. Yes Sasuke is fast but is not in the top 10 in my opinion, body flicker or other wise.
