I think Oonoki will die, because of his rapid character development, plus he had a bunch of flashbacks, and normally flashbacks signal death.
I think Gai will die, but not too sure.
And i dont think Tsunade will die because of dan's words to her, and because she has to see her grandfather, it would be anticlimactic to kill her after what Dan told her
