Watergun jutsu is OP

This watergun justsu the second mizulage (aka trollkage) used was OP as f*ck. If he would spam it it would be a machine gun like jutsu. Now that I've seen this jutsu again (I forgot about it) I see suigetsu as a much stronger shinobi, it can kill someone with just one hit. let me know what you guys think!

Ehh not really. Its a small tech. Devastating if you are hit with a kill shot. But it's too small of a size to really be OP.

Probably only works close up. Given that we haven't seen him use it in long-range combat, I would guess that it loses it's high-packed power the further it travels. For what it is though, it's a quick and easy assassination technique, especially when you consider that all he uses is a glob of water.

This is true, spamming Iron Sand Scatter Shower is basically an instant win, it can go through most defenses...

Making a Susanoo the size of Konoha is OP.

Having an Edo Army of immortal, chakra limitless shinobi is OP.

Destroying a whole village with a technique is OP.

Not really, aimed at the right person at the right time, it is very deadly.

You have to get in melee range and the opponent must be oblivious to your presence.

A kunai will do the job just as well.

The Mizukage certainly has the arsenal for causing infinite distractions, with his Clam Mirage and Steam Imp jutsu. Also, just because he used it melee range, doesn't make that range mandatory for it's success. It is a single, water bullet.
