I get why you like the rest, but why the first one?
Pain's and Kakashi's look feels so intense.Or maybe because I knew the conclusion of that fight it feels that way.Anyway I just like the look on these two.

What did it symbolize?
The second one symbolized how independent and Sasuke is, being the only one with his back to the cover and the 'spar' sign in his hand.

Kakashi and his weapon is pretty good for him, and his pose. Very ninja-ish and shinobi like, how he's kneeled down like he's ready to strike.

And Sakura, of course being the one with the sword symbolizing brute strength and the decoration on it kind of gives the image of a flower, and her pose is kind of energetic.

Then there's Naruto, the loudest looking one with that goofy look on his face, in the most energetic pose an the big weapon is symbolic of him.
