Guy is cool but he seems to not understand when too back down. he would get killed before doing anything important.

Whereas Kakashi knows he will lose and tries to make the best situation

In no particular order...

Kisame- dude had absolutely no fear about killing himself...never once showed a single sign of fear. While he had thoughts of wondering why he killed his comrades...he had no fear in killing them. Bit of his own tongue like it was no big deal!

Hinata- Stood up to Pain KNOWING she was nothing compared to him. Didn't hesitate to get imbetween Naruto and the Mokuton spikes. Slapped the person with the greatest Talk no Jutsu in the series (Naruto ;P). Was standing at the head of the column against the Juubi like a boss.

Jiraiya- Fought against Hanzo. Tried to bring back Orochimaru. Fought Pain with NO INTEL! Didn't hesitate in dying to save the village/ get the message to Naruto.
Itachi- Willing to go and kill

Naruto- After the initial fear against the Demon brothers and what not...he has stopped being afraid of enemies...willing to fight giant snakes, Pain, almost the entirety of the Day 2 Zetsu army, Kakuzu, 3rd Raikage, and was standing against the Juubi before it was cool (Aka before back up got there!)

Oonoiki- Dude is a boss! Fights his teacher, helps defeat his master's rival (AKA Trollkage Second Mizukage), Madara spams a meteor and what does he do: tries to stop it and in doing so saves lives! Against Madara while he is intimidated not once does he falter like Mei or even Gaara at one point does!
