good deal is an exaggeration they were near equals, they fought countless battles and all of which ended as a tie so no what you are saying isnt really true but yes alive hashirama is slightly better than madara

Hashi took Madara with his EMS, Kurama AND (as we just saw) perfect susano. Yeah madara has wood tech but we're assuming he can use it to the extent Hashi can. Kakashi has the sharingan and in his own right is impressive but he's not able to wield it to its full potential. Next few chapters should show us their fight but right now.......Hashi all the way.

do you know the full story for all we know the nine tails can be a double edged sword which it likely was lets see there is also some evidence to that here

like minato said here madara can't sustain it for long so unless kishi changed his mind it must have not been a huge advantage for him and like i said its very likely a double edged sword it doesnt make sense for a man to be considerably inferior and pose that much of a threat especially if that were the case hashi could have killed him which was not the case especially since they were at war so sympathy was not a likely reason

And kishi already has said they fought countless battles all of which ended in a tie meaning they are very close in strength suggesting hashi is well above him is a bit ridiculous

Good point, i imagine he had perfect susano but thats speculation. The thing though is that by all accounts Hashirama was overpowered but still came out on top. Question is does edo but him on par with madara gaining wood tech. I just think Hashi is good enough to handle it.

Hashirama was stated to be in possession of multiple biju at once. He distributed them, what if he didn't? What if he used them to aid him against EMS Madara? Oh wait, he didn't have to.

Saying they were tied is baseless. It's manga fact that even at his best, EMS Madara was taken down and left on life-support for the rest of his days, and Hashirama walked away from the fight. Furthermore, if they were equal, why did EMS Madara need to get Kurama, the most powerful biju besides obviously the Juubi, to help fight against Hashirama? Why did Hashirama still win?!

Saying that Kurama became a disadvantage to EMS Madara is also just an assumption. Obito's not the same as EMS Madara.
