Naruto is the best at using talk no jutsu it was so powerful nagato was willing to die to bring back all the people he killed in the leaf.

Itachi is the most inspirational basicly saving the leaf village from his own clan and be a guardian to sasuke thats impressive.

Minato is the most heroic cause he owned obito then stoped the ninetails from destroying the village and sealing half its chakra inside naruto.

Hinata is the most gentle charater in naruto.

Kakashi is the most balanced charater both in personalty and techniques.

Jman is the coolest charater cause he accepts his flaws and taught three of the top ten in the series.

Sakura is the most useless charater interms of fighting mostly cause she lets her emotions get the best of her.

Sasuke is the most emo mostly due to itachi killing there clan.

Madara is the most arrogant.

Jugo is the most unstable charater.
