You people who think he's dumb are idiotic, naruto is just a slow learner not an idiot. He may not be as smart as kakashi, shikimaru or Shikaku but he is at least as smart as sasuke

True but everytime he "died" he wasn't aware of killer bee's powers.
First time- He underestimated jinchuuriki
Second time- Surprise cloak attack by bee
Was there a third time? Can't remember :s

Well he certainly underestimated the kages that time, but how is that related to battle tactics? By battle tactics I meant strategies he uses DURING fights not before fights.

For battle smarts, I'd give him a 9/10.

Anything outside that 6.5. He's a battle genius, but about average on things based around intellectual application.

His intelligence varies with the story :l On the island I'd say 1/10 LOL

Spamming MS Techs will make you blind,you have to use them wisely.
Sasuke would have been blind if he did not have a great brother like itachi.
