Quite the opposite. Those that agree with it have the blood of innocents which were sentenced guilty with not enough proof.

Prison for a lifetime is a much worse punishment than death.

"Bad things sometimes happen". The world is not perfect, such mistake once per 20 years may happen, but that's not an argument to take it down. There are real murderers out there that deserve this punishment.

Prison is much worse than capital punishment. It takes a lot of money, and people there reside in sick environment. A murderer kills 5 people goes to jail for life time. For good behavior, he will be released in a couple of years. He will go out, kill another 20 people and he will go back to jail. Where the **** is justice? Putting a criminal into jail is treating him with disrespect. A guy was able to kill people and in return he gets to sit in comfy place. A serious achievement needs to be dealt with serious reply.

For. The death penalty is a severe deterrent for psychos. They may be used to jail from a life time of crime but they know if they do something bad enough they're dead. Only certain offences should make you eligible for the death penalty however and more protection for prisoners that haven't committed haneous crimes should be provided. The idea of a man who had a small amount of drugs getting sodomized in jail is ridiculous. We need to keep the criminals away from the people who just made a mistake.

I'm for it. Prisons are a waste of money and resources and there's many people out there that deserve to die. It should require very good evidence though, as some innocent people might get convicted.
