it matters really...
if the person takes a life for the protection of there family members or friends i would put him in death sentence.
if somebody kills some one else for fun then he deserves it.
but if someone killed and he has a mental problem then id just put him in a mental institution for 20+ years

that is just rediculous if you ask me if someone kills someone in defense of their families lives they should get a medal not a punishment

They erased one little childs whole life these persons who killed little children shoud always get the death penalty
And jail i dont think that that is a good punish,ent they spent 20 years in jail destroyed the lives of familys and get free ofs unfair

I personally know a family for my whole life they where always our friends good friends
A mother a father 2 liitle girls 4 years old and 6 years old
The 4 years old girl played with her sister in a park in very good daylight
A men killed that poor little child with no reason with no reason not a single ****ing reason
He get 22 years jail and what he left behind him was pure destruction and dispair on the family
Those people deserved death in my opinion

Im against , few days ago I read an article about a man that was 29 years innocent in jail. (this happens more often then people realise)

I am support it 100% I dont agree with lethal injection though. The death should be more painful and brutal for them. Electric chair should do the trick

if some one holds a gun to my mom and threatens to kill her what do i do then ?
let him kill her but what if i have a gun in my hand cant i not shoot to save my mother ?
im not saying he deserves a medal but i wouldnt punish that man for protecting his loved ones.

Going against the death plenty logics are given by those who presume that killing people won't reduce the crimes, then I am afraid locking people up doesn't lessen crime rate either. The point is justice. If someone killed, and is found guilty, he should suffer the consequences.

These rules exist so that members of society may live, work, and exchange without having to be continuously paranoid of each other.

Those who have demonstrated a consistent inability to live and function according to these rules should be removed from society with minimal cost (note: "It costs more to kill a person than it does to throw them in jail their entire life" is an artifact of our legal system that can be easily rectified). That means exile or execution. If you can't find a means of exile - execution suffices quite nicely.
