Kishi has rustled a lot of jimmies lately with the Hashirama quote on Itachi being a "Better Shinobi than he was". Obviously everyone knows its not in the literal sense, but its funny seeing how people react.
No, seriously, Narutoforums practically just got up to 600 posts on a thread about it, and there's been a lot of adverse reactions on this site as well.
Ever since the Tobi reveal saga there hasn't been a time when NB has just completely imploded on itself with threads. Now discarding Tobirama of course, Kishi has made each Kage respond to Sasuke's questions with a huge plate of Itachi hype on the side. And it's quite obvious that Kishi's got a thing for Itachi, I mean the guy just won't go away. This seems to be a recurring pattern, so I am ridiculously wary when it comes to Minato's response to Sasuke, given that Minato v Itachi covers a good proportion of threads.
Any Itachi hype coming from Minato's mouth may just invoke the biggest riot since the Tobi saga. And strangely, i'm actually looking forward to it, being a fan of neither and therefore a neutral
. I'm worried about the condition of the Base in the next upcoming weeks...
