Simple Shine Effect tutorial. (Beginners)

This is simple method to put a shine effect for beginners, now i won't teach you something special about the glow, i will only show you how to create one, special effects are up to you.
please do not spam this thread U_U

Here we go:

1st thing you're going to do, is selecting an image (avatar/sig/banner...) i'm gonna use this:

You must be registered for see images

Then create a new layer:

You must be registered for see images

Then take your brush tool, and select a soft brush:

You must be registered for see images

Use white as your foreground color, then 1 click at the edge of the background, go to the facing edge with shift+1click
and you should get something like this:

Using the move tool v move your shine like this:

You must be registered for see images

Now enable the Animation, and create a new layer:

You must be registered for see images

Now move your shine:

You must be registered for see images

You must be registered for see images

You must be registered for see images

Then select the 'Tween animation frame' option, and select a number i'm gonna set it to 26

You must be registered for see images

You must be registered for see images

Finally click ok, then go to the first layer in the animation, start the animation and everything should go fine.
To save the fine don't go to save or save as, you should go to:
File>Save for web & Devices
