Ok, first it is a drawing, you cant make it animated unless you use software, so sasuke had the ems on and when you saw the ems change to ms and then to normal it means he just changed from ems to normal eye. If you didnt understand, create an animation of the eye making itself to ems, same as sasukes and then try to animate in your head switching it back. After you try you will see that from ems it will look a little like ms and then to normal eye, if it had been animated it wouldave been fast and you wouldave seen it turn from ems to ms and then normal but very fast like 0.4 seconds!its not a manga mistake

Yes, I noticed Sasuke not using his EMS. I was on the verge of posting this a week ago. At first glance I thought it could be a mistake. However, that would be totally illogical due to the fact that theyǘe decided to devote an entire panel to just the eyes. In short, we have no explanation for it yet, but Sasuke was not using his EMS in the latest chapters.

However, your reasoning is 100% bull. The 'speed' of the transformation from Normal to (E)MS has nothing to do with what was shown on the panels.

LOOK, from ems it starts fast to normal eye, so he drew that and when you see or read it it looks like an image, however when watching anime its animated and you know that from ems he turned it off, while in manga you dont... and if it was ms he just turned it off or maybe coz itachi was revived ...

I get what you're saying. I'm just saying that it's totally illogical for the authors to do that. Read chapter 619, we have at least 2 panels in 2 different chapters focused on his eyes. From a designer point of view, when so much emphasis needs to be put on the sharingan, it makes no sense to only use 1 panel to show the middle part of the transformation, if that's even how it works.
