I think Minato will (or has) use(d) his transport jutsu to join the battle and this Minato is a kage

Flying Thunder God Technique can be used if he make "jutsu formula" some where before his death so now he can easilly use it even before he came out of the coffin and also this jutsu is also very unique because it requires no use of chakra, due to a special secondary seal that emits the same chakra as him, allowing him to have an instant connection to the area. so nobody will notice it

we see minato fighting with killer bee
and this shows that orochimaru will lead them or hashirama will make them free to go and fight in the war
in latest chapter we saw orochimaru saying that hashirama resisted my order,bcoz of his cells

If I remember correctly, Minato has already marked the back of Obito(Masked Man) during their previous fight... If Obito is careless enough to leave that mark on him and if Minato can sense that Mark, he can use the FTG technique to teleport all of them right next to Obito and directly infront of Madara.. and we can see Hashirama patting Madara..
