and the full powered version of Hiruzen that we see is the old version, which means that the so called "prime Hiruzen" we were refering to as a imaginary younger one than his current self never existed. In fact, this chapter shows that old Hiruzen is prime Hiruzen

Have you seen him during his prime...? He was teacher to the 3 Legendary Ninja of Konoha. Understand, they arent brought back at their full power. Hiruzen died old so... He was brought back in the state he died. ... Had he died in his prime, he would have been brought back as such. Seriously...?

Unlike last time, when Hashi and Tobi were revived without all their power, they are now. He wasn't implying their at their prime, but just have almost all of their power in the state they were revived. In this case, Old Hiruzen was revived almost at the peak of his current 70 year old power, not prime.

I really doubt this "Prime Hiruzen" was significantly stronger than old Hiruzen aside from higher stamina but less experienced than his old self. Now that he's an Edo with unlimited chakra he should be able to show what his "Prime" was really capable of, but instead we'll see that he's still just a weak ass geezer.
