Old Hiruzen is not Prime Hiruzen(younger)
Old Hiruzen is Fragile Hiruzen.
He fought THE Hashirama/Tobirama and Orochimaru 3on1battlemodetothedeath..
Orochimaru was planning to play around with Hiruzen/spend some time with him
before killing him...He wanted to enjoy it...He could have killed him
when he had him in a headlock/chokehold with a Kunai knife...
He stabbed his own hand and let Hiruzen witness his new jutsu in battle..
Orochimaru (underestimated his old master.overconfident.
Hiruzen (emotional seeing his old masters.cries.didnt want to kill Oro.

Hiruzen is edo but he is STILL OLD, much older and PAST his PRIME.and he still looks cool as a youngster...

Yeah he's an edo and still old, but I don't think his body is necessarily out of shape or fragile since its like a zetsu edo body. I don't think there's as much strain on his body. I would think that an edo body couldnt get it's muscles torn or anything idk

Prime hiruzen is a theory crafted by fanboys. He has not be shown what-so-ever in the manga. I hate how people try to sell a theory as fact. Kishi is a capable writer more so then most this base. He doesn't need your advice developing a (prime hiruzen) character for him.
