Naruto Chakra Control

Naruto seems to have pretty good chakra control now. He can manipulate Kuramas chakra very easily, as well as distributing it, which is pretty hard to do. So because of this better chakra control, wouldn't that mean his attacks are more efficient, along with being able to create the famous one handed Rasengan?

In BM he can perform resangan with chakra hand so it seems he dosent have good control but he knows how much chakra needs to do it. Basically he is not good in chakra control but he knows the right amount of chakra for it.
