why is that i don't have permission to upload any image for my signature? can any1 please explain?

Use an image hosting site such as imgur, then use the img tag.

Also, make sure the dimensions fall within the 600x300 range.

Go to an image hosting website, such as imgur, or photobucket or something. Upload the image there, it will provide you with a url to use.

Then in your signature use

[img]http://www.putyoururlhere.com/image.jpg[/img]
