the reason I think its from Hashi is cause of the order, all that stuff seemed to have happened right after Hashi's death glare, Suigetsu was destabilizing true, but Tobirama and Hiruzen seemed to have been more focused on Hashi, sigh of relief from Hiruzen and Sweat from Tobirama that and since the focus of the chapter is Hashi that's why i think it was Hashi, but it could have been Tobirama, to each their own view point.

We have no way of knowing. The only thing this DrPoop or Proof, or whatever it is, can say is that he'd like for Tobirama to win against Sasuke.

For all we know, sasuke didnt even use his sharingan (judging by anime filler/manga pages)
He didnt even have his full powers at the time (Susanoo, which would just secure his invinsiblilty)

Tobirama had the advantage that he was probably at peak of his power at the time before his death. Heck, we dont even know what Tobi is capable of.

Im just saying that theres a lot of things we dont know.
