The ANBU commented on him doing that, but it came from his body/out of his mouth. Something that's been done by Kakashi, Darui and Mei since then. Not exactly something that's unique to Tobirama.

What are you talking that wasn't Tobimara it was Hashirama's chakra during all the cracking around the room. Look under his feet the cracks are around him, no where does the scan show the cracks being under Tobimara's soles!

Are you sure thats water coming from the cracks? I thought they were added visual effects of the floor and walls cracking, and from Hashirama. If it is Tobirama then wow, I'm amazed.

Also, it looks like Hashirama and Tobirama keep each other in check. Tobirama keeps Hashi in check when he's being an idiot and Hashi keeps Tobirama in check when he's about to beat someones ass
