Insanely powerful. What people don't realize is that Naruto is actually a combat genius. If he had (Which I kind of want him to) the Rinnegan, it would add more depth to his fighting style as it is. With his amplified chakra from Kurama he would destroy Madara. The only threatening thing left from Madara is the sealing part, but there is still an entire army left behind him so... Yea.
