Keotsu wanders through the forest, his left hand resting lightly on the hilt of his trusted blade Mythos; he was trailing the international criminal known as Sasuke Uchiha, and he had recently lost him in the nearby forest, though he knew the criminal was still close by.Rei's R&R

While having long moved away from the art of Bounty Hunting to the more respectable art of body-guarding, the Uchiha was not only a valuable target, but one that posed a legitimate threat to everyone in the world. Keotsu would not rest well knowing that he had let the criminal go, if he proceed to take life and Keotsu had done nothing to stop him.
He would need to first locate his enemy first. "Losing the forest amongst the trees," so to speak.
On the one hand, Keotsu had no desire to destroy the foliage, but knew that a battle here would leave the area decimated either way. With that, he decided to flush out the Uchiha in a simple manner.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. As the rain slowly began falling, the swordsman took his hair and pulled it behind his head, pulling it back into a ponytail before the fight truly began; as of now, he was simply waiting on the water to slowly pierce the foliage, giving away the Uchiha's position...
Sasuke: "Still following me.."
Having stood beside a large tree towering over him, he looks over to check on his pursuer. Gazing around the forest Sasuke sights the mysterious figure walking closer toward him, rays pushing past the leaves & hitting the ground reveal the figure as he steps out of the shade. Sasuke focuses on the appearance to notice the ninja to be no younger than himself.
Sasuke: "Tsk.. I haven't got time for this, I nee-"
Thinking to himself Sasuke watches as the ninja begins performing several handseals, moments later Sasuke feels a tap against his shoulder, he looks over to see a small droplet run down his shirt while watching others land on the ground, he tilts his head back looking toward the sky as it begins darkening, rain begins showering down spreading throughout the forest drenching him.
Sasuke then curious to the sudden change of weather activates his sharingan, his eyes suddenly turn blood red as 2 Tomoes begin circling around each of his pupils.

As they appear the rain spread around begins glowing revealing chakra running through the drops, Sasuke then looks over toward the ninja as he calmly stands in the same spot not having moved an inch, he lets off a sigh as he reveals himself to the stranger while retrieving 2 shuriken with his right hand.
Set as a warning, Sasuke simply tosses both Shuriken toward his opponent's face as he begins to question him.
Sasuke: Who are you & what do you want?

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

As the rain finally begins to permeate through the foliage, Keotsu becomes aware of his target's location as the chakra signals are relayed back to him. Noticing his target shifting in location, Keotsu adjusts his own standing to look towards the Uchiha who, when moving from behind a rather large tree, launches two shuriken at Keotsu.
When the two metal weapons are loosed from the Uchiha's hand, Keotsu deftly steps to his left, avoiding the blades, listening as they thunk satisfyingly into a tree a distance behind him.
Any doubt that Keotsu had about the mark indeed being the renegade Uchiha were quickly dispelled, though - the Crimson Eyes staring back at him confirmed his suspicion.
"Who I am is of no concern to you, Uchiha, especially if you do not know who I am. What should concern you, though, is this. You are an international criminal, wanted by all the Five Great Shinobi Nations, and further more, you are wanted by the Land of Iron for assault on Neutral Territory. I am - was - a bounty hunter; you are a criminal.
I can make a living and take out a dangerous person at the same time, all without really wrecking my conscious. I intend to collect the bounty on you. Do you intend to surrdender peacefully...," as Keotsu paused, he purposefully - forcefully - placed his hand on Mythos's hilt so that it clicked loudly, as he peered at the Uchiha with his hazel eyes, "or will I have to subdue you?"

Sasuke begins by tossing a smoke bomb between the ninja & as it lands it creates an explosion of smoke to spread between the two, as soon as the smoke spreads Sasuke draws two shuriken holding one in each hand both attached with wires, he then rapidly flings both toward Keotsu & as they rip through the smoke & travel past him Sasuke draws his hands closer to one another while flicking both wrists out, the shuriken react by spinning around Keotsu's waist & binding him in place.

Sasuke begins running toward Keotsu while forcefully pulling both his arms back toward his waist causing Keotsu to stumble forward in an attempt to have him drop to his knees. The wiring begins to rest against the ground as Sasuke enters the smoke drawing closer toward his opponent, he then waves his right arm behind him retrieving a large shuriken. While continuing to run through the cloud of smoke, Sasuke unfolds the shuriken while having his chakra run within the projectile & as he exits the cloud he throws it toward Keotsu aiming for his chest while maintaining a safe distance behind it. As the shuriken closes in several meters away from Keotsu, Sasuke forms a single handseal having the shuriken expand.

While expanding Sasuke comes to a halt & slides his right leg back while bending both knees & arching his upper body forward, he then hauls the wiring back causing Keotsu to be pulled in & clash against the Large shuriken cutting deep into his chest.
Sasuke: That scar should set as a reminder to how useless you are against an Uchiha.. All your beloved nations will relate soon enough!

When the Uchiha throws the smoke bomb, creating a cloud that veils him from Keotsu, the swordsman hears the distinctive ring of shuriken twirling through the air; quickly forming a single handseal, Keotsu launches forward a tremendous blast of wind, which collides with the ground several meters in front of him.

The huge torrent of wind deflects the shuriken - and thus, being tied to Sasuke via the wires, his arms - so violently that they become useless; the powerful wind currents throw debris forcefully as trees are shredded, and the veil that was the smoke bomb is torn asunder with god-like fury.
"This is your last warning, Uchiha. Surrender now, or be cut."

Sasuke with the aid of his Sharingan, notices a large mass of chakra spread forward closing in toward him, the gap between the two & the speed of the jutsu leaves Sasuke unable to defend quite so easily, but to his surprise he gazes as the wind collides against the ground violently ripping it apart, his arms suddenly become uncontrollable as they flail around & cause him to become unbalanced with the help of the wind, his upper body begins to fall back. In an attempt to regain his footing Sasuke slightly lifts his left leg back & presses it against the ground.
Sasuke: "This guy..." What was that, a warning shot?... Your taking me too lightly, if you want to capture me you should come at me with the intent to kill..
Sasuke releases his grip of the wiring in both hands, he continues to perform a single handseal & motions his left hand toward his lips, he forms a ring using his thumb & finger while kneading his fire chakra within him. Moments after he takes in a deep breathe, Sasuke rapidly exhales releasing a blaze of fire from his mouth, the fire begins taking on the shape of a large sphere while traveling forward against the ground. As the sphere reaches in between the two ninja it begins to slowly shrink.

While still in mid range of each other, Sasuke begins running toward the contracting sphere simultaneously unsheathing his blade with his left hand, closing in toward the sphere he crouches down & presses both feet against the ground leaping off of it with great force. While Keotsu's focus lays on the sphere, Sasuke soars over the sphere with his hip twisted toward his left side, his right arm extended forward, legs slightly tucked back & his left arm extended out by his side katana in hand. The blade adds to the extension of his arm & points straight out to his side & as he closes in on Keotsu while still in mid air, he swings his blade across aiming against his opponent's neck,

As the Uchiha forms a handseal and spews a sphere of flame, two thoughts form in his mind: first, that the small fireball won't have enough energy within it to cover the moderate distance between Keotsu and his opponent created by his wind technique, and secondly, that that Uchiha must have a death wish, using a fire technique in the forest they are fighting in.
The rain still falling gives Keotsu a "view" of his opponent due to the chakra impulses being relayed to him as it funnels through the foliage, and through the large gap made in the canopy by the maelstrom that was his previous technique; this open area devoid of plant life prevents the water from being stopped, allowing his previous Rain Tiger at Will technique to work to the fullest extent; "seeing" the Uchiha rush forward, behind the fireball, prepares Keotsu.
Knowing that the Uchiha from Konoha has a fondness for the Lightning element, and knowing of the ever dangerous Chidori Nagashi as a close-combat specialist, Keotsu quickly predicts the parabolic arc the Uchiha will fall in as he "sees" him leap via the rain, and releases a blast of water from his hand.

Sasuke: You see me as more a threat then you do the 5 countries?.... The nonsense your spouting is starting to irritate me, you know nothing & I've had enough of you!!
With the fire rapidly dispelling due to lack of power & the continues down pour of rain, Sasuke draws closer to his opponent while descending from mid air. Sasuke focuses on Keotsu's movements as he extends his arm forward & with the help of his Sharingan, barely notices chakra begin building up around his hand. A sudden burst of water shoots out from Keotsu's hand & rapidly travels toward Sasuke & due to him closing toward it, the gap between the two quickly comes to an end, Sasuke left with not enough time to draw his arms down to perform his seals just manages to cross both against his chest & face in an attempt to lessen the damage taken.
The force pushes Sasuke back to mid range as he flies through the air in an arc & crashes against the ground.
Sasuke: "Ugh.. My Fire is at a disadvantage & my Lightning style would put me at a disadvantage..."
As this goes through Sasuke's mind while picking himself up & sheathing his blade, a flash of "Itachi moments" run through his head.. One which stands above the rest..
"Foolish little brother, if you wish to kill me...Hate me, detest me, And yet survive in an unsightly way. Run, run and cling to life."
Sasuke: Well I would hate to disappoint you brother...
A menacing grin spreads across Sasuke's face, a dark aura begins surrounding Sasuke, viciously thrashing through the air as the seal along Sasuke's neck begins brightening, the seal begins spreading around half of Sasuke's body. Sasuke crouches forward with his left knee pressed against the ground while lifting up both heels, he presses his left hand against the ground & lifts his head up to reveal his face & the new markings to Keotsu. The damage gained from the torrent of water seemed no bother to Sasuke & moments later he pushes against the ground & leaps forward, running at increasing speeds, moments later he jumps into the air & takes in a deep breathe, he turns his head to his right side (enough to keep his eyes on his opponent) & exhales a large stream of fire that rapidly spreads against the trees as it begins expanding toward the end, he motions his head around to face his left while continuing to exhale the stream of fire, all in an attempt to set a large portion of the terrain ablaze.

He begins his assault on Keotsu by throwing a smoke bomb between the two, & as it lands & forms a thick cloud, he retrieves a windmill shuriken gripped by his left hand & three kunai attached with explosive tags with his right, he swiftly hurls the windmill shuriken at waist level toward Keotsu while almost simultaneously throwing the three kunai underneath, well hidden from Keotsu's vision due to the smoke & windmill itself.
As Sasuke releases the projectiles he begins kneading his fire chakra, he then exhales a large Fireball that follows far behind the projectiles.

With the fire rapidly dispelling due to lack of power & the continues down pour of rain, Sasuke draws closer to his opponent while descending from mid air. Sasuke focuses on Keotsu's movements as he extends his arm forward & with the help of his Sharingan, barely notices chakra begin building up around his hand. A sudden burst of water shoots out from Keotsu's hand & rapidly travels toward Sasuke & due to him closing toward it, the gap between the two quickly comes to an end, Sasuke left with not enough time to draw his arms down to perform his seals just manages to cross both against his chest & face in an attempt to lessen the damage taken.
The force pushes Sasuke back to mid range as he flies through the air in an arc & crashes against the ground.
Sasuke: "Ugh.. My Fire is at a disadvantage & my Lightning style would put me at a disadvantage..."
As this goes through Sasuke's mind while picking himself up & sheathing his blade, a flash of "Itachi moments" run through his head.. One which stands above the rest..

Sasuke: Well I would hate to disappoint you brother...
A menacing grin spreads across Sasuke's face, a dark aura begins surrounding Sasuke, viciously thrashing through the air as the seal along Sasuke's neck begins brightening, the seal begins spreading around half of Sasuke's body. Sasuke crouches forward with his left knee pressed against the ground while lifting up both heels, he presses his left hand against the ground & lifts his head up to reveal his face & the new markings to Keotsu. The damage gained from the torrent of water seemed no bother to Sasuke & moments later he pushes against the ground & leaps forward, running at increasing speeds, moments later he jumps into the air & takes in a deep breathe, he turns his head to his right side (enough to keep his eyes on his opponent) & exhales a large stream of fire that rapidly spreads against the trees as it begins expanding toward the end, he motions his head around to face his left while continuing to exhale the stream of fire, all in an attempt to set a large portion of the terrain ablaze.
