Here u can clearly see Sasuke bleeding while using Amaterasu, even though using EMS. Is that right? I don't think his eyes are still supposed to bleed or show any signs of pain/damage.

Amaterasu puts great pressure on the eye and requires too much chakra so the bleeding is the result of that pressure.EMS only eliminates the blindness effect,not the physical effects of the jutsu.
