Now that I have that formality out of the way, I can began. I think that the bond between Naruto and Sasuke was never fully severed. Having said that, I now give you my proof:

Naruto and Sasuke form the symbol of "harmony" at the end of the fight at Final Valley. The third link showed Naruto referring to the two of them as friends, something that he has never done before. Plus, he says this after trading blows with Sasuke, as well as having the greatest impact on him in the second part of the manga.

& Also I Conclude That Neither Is Stronger Than Each Other.

I find them more likely a symbol of Yin & Yang.

Yin - Sasuke that goes for revenge/hatred (darkness) Eyes, Spiritual Chakra, black haired, black eyed.
Yang - Naruto that goes for peace/love (lightness) Body, Physical Chakra, blonde hair, blue eyed.

Both of them are total opposite to each others but still becomes something amazing when they are both together.
