Amaterasu is near instant, it converges on the spot the users eyes are focused on, show me some speed feats that let Kimimaro dodge Amaterasu.

Kimimaro won't be able to defend with his bones before he gets hit with Amaterasu.

No, Kimimaro can't dodge Amaterasu. Only ninja with extremely good reflexes such as Minato or V2 Raikage are able to dodge Amaterasu.
Kimimaro can't notice Sasuke's casting Amaterasu. And when he uses it, Kimimaro stands no chance against technique like that.

It's truth that Raiton or Katon doesn't work but it's not problem for Sasuke..
Amaterasu burns everything including Edo Tensei. Only Nagato thanks to Rinnegan could deflect it.

It's Sasuke's the most effective attack against ET..

And about his defense, Kimimaro has nothing to break Susano'o..
In the manga, Sasuke could cut his bones pretty easily by Susano'o..

And.. I'm sorry but Kimimaro is not so much better Taijutsu specialist than Sasuke. Kimimaro's power is in his bones which make him very dangerous in close battles.
