Base naruto

Base naruto wr u place him ? My opibion is he's low kage or jounin lvl
Some facts before u consider anything

1. He stoped kumo girl ( i forgot her name ) sword with bare hand
2 He endured shinra tensei in base mode
3. Naruto does have plenty of S ranked jutsus (muliple clonejutsus, rasengan, summoning, rasenshuriken, etc)
So guys what lvl base naruto is in ? And pardon me my english is not good

Low Kage, I can see him taking out someone like Mei by outnumbering her with clones, spamming rasenshuriken, he's got the gama trio summons available.

His kage bunshin and rasengan are not S ranked. But, I would put him AT LEAST at mid jounin.

Well he cannot throgh frs in base n without using kyuubi chakra or sm he only can do one or two frs

others may disagree but i dont like counting rasenshuriken as base naruto move because it does so much damage in that form cuz he cant throw it in base mode

not that i have seen anyway i mean i guess he can still use it but what like one or 2 more time and he cant ever use jutsu again cuz of the damage it does to his arms

im this is his base jutsu list

rasengan
summoning
shadow clone jutsu ( uzumaki barage and all those)
transformation jutsu
wind release ( but no techs for it)
rasenshuriken ( even tho i dont like to count this one for reasons tated above he can still use it)

imo base nauto is high chunin at best with one massive last resort

Base Mode Naruto can go SM and in that mode he can throw Rasenshurikans. Do you know how quickly he can go SM now? its unbelievable.

Well TBH he wouldn't be able to do rasenshuriken without the kuramas chakra being infused with his, it's been stated that this is the reason he heals faster than most ppl....sorry I forget which specific chapter it is, it was the one where he used RS in battle the first time
