why does the "Home, Naruto Manga, Naruto Anime and Naruto" sections have the same header... but not the Forums section? D:

Because the home page isn't part of the forum, it's actually a separate page made with HTML I believe.

The forum however, follows the theme, and since the theme hasn't been edited, changes aren't appearing on the forum.

Essentially, be patient.
