Shampoo- for cleaning the scalp and the hair.

Shampoo iz bettah, it goes on first and cleans da hair, duh. I love vs threads

they work best when used together but they are different. Shampoo is for cleaning of any filth or dandruff. Conditioner is more of a product to change the texture of your hair or give it more volume. For example some conditioners make your hair wavy, puffy, coarse... etc

I'd say Shampoo. It actually cleans you're hair. However, if you have both available then use both.
