And the thing is if anyone who hasn't seen the war arc said "damn everyone must be getting it in for it to be this long" We would have to respond with not really.There has been 3 major fights with three minor ones on the side and those fights where about people we barely even know.

Kishi loves to take inspiration from mythology and other works of art but sadly the most important and longest arc lacks any inspiration.

I was expecting some black hawk down,saving private ryan shit with some platoons being held up overnight people breaking off into smaller groups to go on suicide missions.He could of at least paid homage to some famous battles from japans history.Make us feel like an actual war is going on.

I have a feeling this is the way it's gonna go:
Now the Juubi is free from control, it's going to transform into its final state. Madara and Obito are gonna be like 'Ah balls', and try to take it back over. I predict they'll briefly join Naruto's side to bring it down, then try to take control of it again, considering the Juubi would wipe them out on their own. They're all going to get stomped for a bit (I predict another main character death in this time) until Sasuke and the 4 Hokage turn up perhaps, and join the fight. This I think will end up in the defeat of the Juubi, the releasing of the Edo Tensei for Madara and the 4 Hokages, and Obito's possible conversion or death. Infact, maybe Obito will sacrifice himself at some point if he comes to see the error of his ways.... I dunno, you can never tell with Kishi. Pretty sure non of us saw Neji's death coming.

Exactly; and that is why I somehow believe Rikudou will return. Even if the Hokages are back I don't see them taking on Juubi, Obito and Madara. And Orochimaru is evil so why would he help the ninjas?

Its the penultimate or even possibly the ultimate arc of the manga, of course there will be non-stop fighting and focus on it; the manga time-frame is not related to the arc length by the way. Its been over a hundred chapters and only a few days have passed in the manga world.
