With regard to the past chapter about Obito see Kakashi killing Rin.


Kakashi was told off by Minato that he should not use that jutsu.

This could meant that Kakashi did killed Rin, without hesitation and the consequence.

This chapter also mentioned about Minato tick off both Kakashi & Obito.

It seem that Obito was not happy the way Kakashi said about him.
But then, Obito did not want to kill him, yet

Yes they where going to capture her ALIVE at first to get intel but as stated In part 1 you can still learn a little about a Ninja after they die. Kakashi prevented them from getting vital intel. As seen in the panel you posted they say "At least" meaning they might be able to get something out of her dead body but not nearly what they would have gotten if she was alive.

My apologies.
My intention was actually about Kakashi using that jutsu.
I agreed that Rin had to be killed, and Kakashi had his duty to protect Konoha.
I would then rephrase.

As any information inside the ninja, it could be retrieve.
He had no choice to use that deadly jutsu to kill and totally destroy Rin.
But before he could finished, Obito was using his sharingan and saw what Kakashi had done.
As the sharingan had affected Kakashi chakra, he faint.
Hence Obito had taken Rin body with him.

Kakashi was jounin and also ANBU.

When Naruto killed Kakuzu, Kakashi used that jutsu on Kakuzu thus ensure that he was totally dead.
Before bringing the Kakuzu body back to Konoha for more infor.
