SM Jiraiya wins mid difficulty and base Jiraiya might be able to win with extreme difficulty.

Jiraiya has more chakra than Tsunade so he can just pound her with long ranged jutsus until she wares out. Not to mention Tsunade's method of fighting is more chakra taxing compared to Jiraiya's.

In Sage Mode Jiraiya literally does not run out of Chakra. His partners continually replenish it from nature, while he does the fighting. Tsunade? She does run out of chakra, so while she has great stamina, and is often underrated by people, this fight she loses. Even he calling card, her stamina, is worse, and she has no way to reach Jiraiya who will be bounded around on giant frogs maiming her from a distance with fire attacks the size of small villages.

No absolutely not. Kishi gives Jman a 5.0 in chakra while Tsunade only gets a 4.0. Not to mention that Jiraiya has sage mode which requires a huge amount of chakra but Tsunade does not. It is obvious he has higher chakra reserves than Tsunade. Not to mention that Jiraiya has never ran out of chakra in any of his fights but Tsunade has always ran low on chakra in all of her fights.

The databook is not an argument. It gives Itachi and Oro equal Genjutsu scores too, and we both know how accurate that is. Tsunade shows herself to have alot of Chakra, and being an Uzumaki I am happy to infer she probably has greater Chakra than Jiraiya normally (and based on feats it seems to hold up)... but with Sage mode, yeh even that advantage is rendered meaningless to Tsunade.

You're just theorising it's capped at 5, and that Itachi therefore gets 10... doesn't that draw into question the entire numbers system anyway? Plus how do we know Jiraiya's 5 stamina isn't factoring in Sage Mode? The databooks are full of rubbish... never cite them, please.

f the databooks they were made in 08 when tsunade didnt heal the whole village fought madara used yin seal heal and gave 3 kages chakra then use byakugo for 8 hrs or more if its 4th databook her chakra will be 5 seals 4.5 speed 4.5 or 4 genjustu 4 giving her 36
