idk but i would say that kotoamatsukami> all other jutsus

that's a simple genjutsu, it wouldn't work against six paths of pain and some others. Not enough to beat Madara, ands stuff though

A simple genjutsu eh? Only the most powerfull genjutsu in the anime that only shisui could do with his advanced ms that helped itachi break out of edo tensi dude that jutsu puts them in a genjutsu WITHOUT THEM KNOWING IT how can you beat it if you dont even know you are in one?!?!?!?!
