Because last time i checked it was said that they were on par and since Shanks lost his arm, Mihawk got bored and decided not to fight him anymore, so he is probably even stronger than Shanks(speculation though). And no, Dofla is good but i don't think he is amiral level especially after seeing him shyting his pant after hearing what Kaido would do to him

You're right on everything you said except for the Doflamingo part.
If there is a military general that you think you could handle in a fight but he has an army with him and they're all carrying guns, rifles and got a tank and knowing you were the one who sold them these weapons, wouldn't you be worried?
Doflamingo is not afraid of Kaido and i believe he could possibly equal him on fair terms.

I'm pretty sure that even an admiral would **** his pants if an entire Yonko crew decided to wipe him out.

ok 1st of all kuzan is way stronger than deflamingo.......this guy was to be given the fleet admiral seat on a silver plate and yet you say deflamingo can beat him? nice joke!
secondly, mihawk is a 1 man band! the guy has no crew and yet he's that powerful!

this isn't pokemon. the fight lasted 10 days which mean they somewat are equal in strenght. we don't know if his Magma truly gave him an avantage, but he managed to beat him in the end.

Yes but that's the thing Akainu and Aokiji were equal in all other aspects aside from their Devils Fruit.

Ace and Aokiji don't even come close to each other in intelligence, experience, Haki etc.

Why do people say he pissed himself? More like he was pissed at Law for cornering him.
Doflamingo is not the type to be scared. Would he be willing to face an admiral? Of course not, because they're some of the few who can actually beat him, but he isn't scared, just not stupid
