idk if sasuke can beat him but it would be pretty close if he didn't but my reason that I'm unsure is because people seem to be saying that obito has surpassed nagato which is clearly not true seeing that obito lacks the full arsenal that nagato had with the rinnegan but if obito hasn't surpassed nagato then sasuke has a shot. think of it like the obito has kamui a magekyo sharingan and a rinnegan and sasuke has 2ems susano blaze release mastered lightning release. ..u tell me who wins
