5 things before anyone say jack rabbits
1. He has the rinnegan
2. He had taken on 2 jinjurachrikis
3. Could have killed both jinjurachrikis in a 59 second limit
4. He was even told by both naruto and be too be a very power individual
5. He almost on a second try almost killed naruto,killer bee, and itachi

But look at the facts and yes I know he lacked mobility. But yet kabuto used the smart and useful also strategic. Plans of the paths without the help of the pains this proves he is higher then both madara and obito and I still understand he got sealed but itachi knew if he didn't end nagato he.
