What I dont get about Edo Tensei and Madara's Rinnegan. Help please

So I once made a thread asking whether shinobis that are getting Edo Tenseied get resurructed in their prime and people said they are like before they die. Ok i get that part, Madara's body
got modified but didnt he gave away his eyes to nagato before he died?

It's really just dirt covering your body, not actually his eyes :|

you still keep ur kg's... technically itachi's eyes were transplanted to sasuke... but wen revived still had his eyes.... also there can be alterations made... seeing as all the jinchuriki had a sharingan and a renigan link...

Yes, Shisui WOULD have KOTOAMATSUKAMI if he were resurrected, I assume.
