Lol, no its not. Blitzing is being fast enough to charge at someone and close the distance between you and them and before they can react. Tsunade didn't blitz that Susanoo clones. Nothing else you said even matters, Susanoo clones are slow so "blitzing" them is not an impressive feat.

Toad Flame Bullet is one, but my faviorte is Chou Odama Rasengan. It was hyped to be a partial mountain buster.
