@KidGamer- Base Jiraiya can't keep up with Tsunade. He has not enough stamina to take her down. Without SM he can't beat her.

He doesn't need a lot of stamina to beat her nor does he need Sage Mode to beat her.

Yomi Numa takes care of Katsuyu.

If she tries to punch him he defends with Needle Jizo. Gamabunta and Jiraiya roast Tsunade using Toad Oil Flame bullet, or he crushes her with Food Cart Destroyer. He is clearly faster than her in Base, his barrier can detect her movements and Chou Oodama Rasengan will still kill her.

Jiraiya doesn't need Sage Mode against Tsunade, his Base clearly outclasses her.

The edo jinjhuriki had sharingan and rinnengan yet they got wiped out easily. how do you figure they arnt sluggish? show me a scan where a susano'o is showing speed feats. all it has is size and power; its size gives it a disadvantage to peopl elike tsuande. If you are then you guys fail, very very hard. That clone was meant to be hit and sealed by the Kage so Madara could surprise attack Tsunade.

That Susanoo clone is obviously not has fast and won't have as fast reflexes as Jiraiya or the real Madara when Susanoo isn't active.

The clone doesn't need to dodge as Susanoo protects him from Tsunade's attack.

Thus, Tsunade didn't blitz and never will blitz a Sharingan user.
