Why would you try to break it?

There are other ways around it. Like getting the person inside susanoo, outside it, like Gaara did with his sand.If that doesnt work, you could try get inside susanoo with a jutsu like FTG.
Kabuto his sage vibration and blinding jutsu, even forces a susanoo user to deactivate Susanoo.
If you get a genjutsu on a Susanoo user, would allow you to deactivate it too.
There are multiple ways of damaging a Susanoo user.

The user in Susanoo gets damaged by Susanoo (the jutsu attacks the user), so as long as you, the opponent, doesnt get hit, than the susanoo user, your oponent, is the only one taking damage.

But in terms of breaking it,
I think jutsus like Kamui/MS/EMS/Rinnegan jutsus//TBB/High Rasengan forms/Sage jutsus/Mokuton, all have chanches of destroying, making holes, damaging Susanoo, even perfect one. I probably even forgot a few jutsus that can do it.
