Q: Did Naruto have sensory abilities since the start?

I have been a little bit interested in regards to Naruto having the ability to sense other people-- ever since last week's chapter. Tobimara gave us an overview about an Uchiha's love becoming stronger than the Senju's power of love. Many people, except Naruto, gave up on Sasuke because he let darkness corrupt him. Naruto never gave up on him despite what others told him. I wonder if Naruto could sense Sasuke's hatred of lost love for his family since the start. I mean after all his actions, when Team 7 reunited after Sasuke defeated Danzo. Naruto could understand Sasuke's actions and even told the latter they were acceptable. Makes me wonder if Naruto is the only one that could sense Sasuke's pain and reasons to dwell on hatred... What do you think?

I think Naruto could just see it more clearly, considering he started maturing and all that.

I guess that's why he tells Sasuke to throw all his hatred at him. Maybe he has always been able to sense the hate and darkness in others which is why he is able to change his opponents. I think sensing is an Uzumaki ability because Mito, Nagato, and Karin can do it. KCM and sage mode heightens Naruto's sensor abilities.

Thanks, i also think he had the skill since the start. Many people didn't understand why Naruto was so focused on retrieving Sasuke, but i'm thinking it was because of this reason to sense his friend's feelings.

Yes, but sympathy doesn't last that long. There had to be other reasons why he never abandoned Sasuke.

No. Naruto had just lost Jiraiya. He really... REALLY wanted to kill Nagato/Pain. At first he couldn't understand Sasuke because he never had parents. He didn't understand why Sasuke was so obsess with power and revenge.


Same with Hashirama and Madara. Madara's little brother died, but Tobirama was still alive. So he couldn't understand Madara.

I agree. Remember when Kurama said that Sasuke was always in the darkness & "full of hate" or something like that & Naruto always knew ever since their sparring match back when they were shinobi? I forgot what chapter it is but it'd make sense if he could sense emotions and what not even without Kurama's chakra.
