If Naruto and Sasuke resemble Hashirama and Madara why the hell were we expecting a different personality?

Hashiramas personality is perfect for him, so leave it be

his personality might be a little less dignified but its cool and real
besides he didnt even know bout the situation for what was going on in the war so of course he isnt as serious
but he has good personality and he cares deeply about the village even for the uchia that were considerd his enemy
His personality has been kishi best work in that manga chapter

I like tobiramas attitude. It shows he's a serious character who's serious and doesn't play

Tobirama knows who the stronger bro is. Hashirama has a "sh*t just got real" just like Naruto does. Don't underestimate goofy people.

That would be too expected and just... sooo expected.
He meant to get the reaction out of the fanbase that not all god-tier characters have shady/low-key personalities.

If you ask me, it makes him unique.

I agree. It sucked.
He only did it to make the madara/sasuke hashirama/naruto parallel even more obvious

Obito said that he saw Hashirama in Naruto so it really makes sense.

And I love Kishi's decision, Hashirama has become one of my favorite characters in just one chapter.

I was kind of disappointed with Hashi's personality because now he seems like he is just a comic relief character. It's hard to take him serious, he comes as as naive and sort of a pushover. He would let someone like madara plan the destruction of Leaf because he just wants everyone to be friends lol. Tobirama is sort of his "checks and balances". He's the one that makes the hard decisions that Hashi is unable to, he puts his foot down

Except Hashi's personality is good for the press. It's not real and relatable, it's just copy and pasting characters but giving them a different name. Kishi doesn't know how to make likable characters without reusing the same archetype, it just speaks volumes about his creative ability...

I'm still a hashirama fan tho, he's likable but just too generic.
