I was thinking about this match up earlier and I believe team one wins this mid-high difficulty. Three high kage level shinobi are too much for Hashirama IMO.

How would you propose they take on MokuRyu or Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin

I'd say Team 1.

Both Itachi and Sasuke are Mini Madaras already since they have most of his techniques.

Itachi's genjutsu is beast.

In addition, Minato could tag a susanoo arrow and when Hashi blocks it wham bam- rasengan surprise.

Itachi genjutsu's him, Minato chucks kunai's at him, hashirama snaps out of the genjutsu, Minato FTG rasengan's him but hashirama ducks and dodges, meanwhile sasuke was watching him with his sharingan and using its predictive abilities launches an amaterasu where hashirama is dodging to and kills him.
