But Tsunade is far better than part 1 Kabuto when it comes to taijutsu. Tsunade has a 5/5 in tai compared to Kabuto's 3.5/5.

OT: Tsunade obviously wins in a taijutsu fight because Tsunade specializes in taijutsu unlike Hashirama who is mostly a ninjutsu type of user. I'm sure Hashirama probably has great taijutsu but since he doesn't specialize in said field unlike his grand daughter, I'm quite sure Tsunade would win.

Tsunade also probably has better chakra control and healing abilities compared to her grand father so she wins mid difficulty.

Hashirama also uses regeneration just like Tsunade and Hashirama was able to keep up with Madara with both mokuton and regeneration so why take regeneration away from Tsunade's arsenal since both Hashirama and Tsunade have it. Tsunade wins with superior medical ninjutsu and taijutsu unless you can prove to me that Hashirama prowess in those two fields is better than Tsunade's.
