[Question] Gear 2nd Red Body Canon or Not?

A lot of people say that Luffy's red body in Gear 2nd is only anime related because that's not how it appeared in the manga.

But in the movie Strong World, this is how Gear 2nd appeared.
You must be registered for see images

So because the movie is considered canon to the manga's story-line since Oda was the movie's writer, does this mean that the red body in Gear 2nd is considered canon as well?

If not, tell me why.

For me, it doesn't matter if it's canon or not. I like it.

In one of the manga marco had black hair and no tatoo, during the war arc they changed his appwarence. It varies on the style the author prefers or
it could be some Romance Dawn version. It all varies

It has happened with many characters,
Jozu, Marco, Whitebeard and Gear Second.
Anyways, it looks cooler imo to how it looked in the first pic.
Clearly Oda likes it and doesnt mind otherwise he wouldnt have put it in that film.
