I've seen how most NB members compare characters based on power only, thus the top ten/twenty/thousand lists.

Guys, remember in part one where it taught you not only to base the fight out of sheer strength but your intellect and instincts? Not to rush in to battle, like naruto, but to think things through, like sasuke.


What i'm trying to say is... Sasuke, in his condition, has a pretty good chance against naruto if he plans accordingly. We seen a glimpse of EMS sasuke's power in the cave where his susano'o had arrows with ameratsu tips. Also, from part one sasuke was known as a smartass, that counts for something.

People underrate Sasuke a lot because he's not OP level or doesn't have a rinnegan, and mainly because "itachi" is better.

Being unpredictable and crafty in battle is something Naruto is quite good at. Power may not be the only decider in battle but with current feats, Sasuke still loses.
