How do you beat this w/o Edo Tensei?

If outer path hides in the chameleon , how would he use jinton without killing the chameleon?

And let's say the chameleon can deal with the damage and jinton and continue without being impared..one can still counter as the attack still can be seen..

Also , any sound based genjutsu pretty much one shots any paths.

Ninjutsus like kirin , meteors , or whatever jutsu that affects the immediate area with a large range automatically destroys outer path & the chameleon
