Hello everyone.
This is my first thread so don't get too mad at me if there are too many mistakes. I'm also doing this on my phone.
Ok, so currently Sasuke and Oro are on a field trip to find the one who knows everything. Most people believe that the person whom they are looking for is Izunai; however, I believe that they are really looking Minato. Now I know you guys are like but give me a second to explain. And yes I do know that he sealed his soul with the reaper death seal while he battle the nine tails.
Now we all know that Edo Madara can only be stopped by being sealed. Unfortunately, no ordinary shinobi can do this, so we need someone who is a master is sealing technics. This is where Minato comes in hand. Since he learned all of the Uzuamiki sealing technics from Naruto's mother and was a genius, he was able to become a maser a sealing.
How does Minato know everything though? Well remember the fight Minato had against Tobi (Obito). Minato has an exceptional sensing skills that resembled the 1st and 2nd Hokage. With this he could sense that the attacker was Obito since Minato was his sensi. Yes Minato did think that Obito was Madara at the beginning, but that is because Obito was using Madara's clone. Also Minato knew something was wrong. Minato was a very intelligent ninja. Do you really think that he would fall for Obito being Madara? No he wouldn't. The only reason why he said that was to set up the plot leading to the question, "who is the man behind the mask?"
Another reason that Minato could be the one who knows everything is the ability to connect to another ninja when you bump fists. Now the manga has been harping on the ability ever since Killer Be. Naruto could do it with Sasuke, so I believe that Minato could do it with Orbito. While they were fighting, I think Minato and Obito might have bumped fists and thus Minato would know everything. I believe that they won't show this until Minato appears and it will be used as a flashback to the fight.
Now I know you guys are thinking that there is no way Minato could defeat Madara. He died while fighting against 15 year-old Obito. Well you have to remember Obito did not kill Minato. Yes he did contribute greatly to it, but he did not completely cause it. Minato had to protect his wife and son while also attack Obito who could target who ever he wanted. However he also had to deal with the nine tails. You also have to remember Minato didn't start to really fight Obito until after he teleported the nine tails safely away from the village which must had used up a lot of chakra since kakashi used up all of his teleporting the eight tails. Therefor with the last of his chakra he preformed the reaper death seal and made his son a jinchuuriki after spiliting the nine tails chakra in half. So I think if Kakashi can handle his own against Madara than Minato can too.
So to conclude this thread. Minato can be the one who knows everything because he is able to seal away Madara, somehow bumped fists with Obito to determine what was really going on, and his intelligence is second to none (this is my opinion so don't hate).
