Latest anime episode and manga chapter

Hey guys so i have few questions about latest anime episode and manga chapter.
1) Why does Itachi stands near susanoo not in it?(anime episode 299)
2)Why Sasuke activates MS not EMS and how is it possible?(naruto chapter 619)

1. the animators have been slackin lately, im sure yove noticed if uve been keepig up with the anime. I suspect they have new animators or something
2. same reason minatos head was on the kage monument in obitos flashbacks

It's weird Itachi also stood in front of Susanoo in the manga.
so it's a fail on Kishi's part.

yeah animation is only getting worse, even first epizodes are better quality
