What you don't understand is that the Chakra shroud present on Naruto's body when he's in BM acts as Ultimate defence.it doesn't matter,if Even Kusanagi can't pierce through!
So yeah,Naruto In BM has a stronger body than 3rd raikage!

Naruto basically fought the war,he has the stamina,have you been reading the manga?
